Only when it is necessary for the approved repair or testing. Your information should be kept private, and you can remove or change passwords after the repair.
Do I pay before you order parts?
Yes. Parts must be approved and paid for before they are ordered. Labor is paid when the job is finished.
Can you guarantee my files will be saved?
We will make a reasonable effort to protect your data, but repairs and failing storage devices can carry a risk of data loss. Important files should be backed up whenever possible.
Can you come to my house?
Yes. House calls are available for local San Antonio customers, especially for setup, Wi-Fi, printers, desktop computers, and other devices that are hard to bring in.
